New Applicants
- Read the Guild Application and rules.
- Submit your Application Issue (or web form) with your skill pledge.
- Complete the skills assessment + scenario test.
- Wait for review. If accepted, you’ll receive sign-in instructions.
Tip: “Earn while you learn.” Advancement is based on skill, contribution, and trust — not formal education.
Existing Members
- Use your GitLab credentials or SSO (if enabled).
- Join your project groups after sign-in; all work follows Issue → TaskIR → SAKE → governed run → MR → Release.
Identity & Linkage (required)
-
Discord ID linkage: join Discord and post your handle (e.g.,
name#1234or User ID) in your Profile → Bio or the onboarding form. We use this to map GitLab ↔︎ Discord for roles and alerts. - Website account linkage: if you registered on the website, use the same email here. Add your website username in Profile → Bio so AEGIS can correlate training progress and trials.
- Keep both up to date; mismatches may limit access to projects, runners, and trial channels.
Security Requirements (mandatory)
- 2FA required for all accounts.
- Register SSH and GPG keys before pushing code.
- Never paste secrets or PII in issues, MRs, or prompts — use approved secret stores.
- Activity is logged for auditability (AEGIS/SAKE).
Allowed Access & Support
- Access is by approval; inactive or non-compliant accounts are disabled.
- Incident? Open an Incident issue and notify on-call in the Security project.
- Support: open a Help issue or contact the admins listed in the Admin group.
By signing in you agree to the Operations & Learning Rules, IP/Confidentiality terms, and Code of Conduct.
